Leading international firm searching for an experienced associate with general corporate experience, strong M&A, PE and/or fund formation experience.

Ideal Candidate
You may be working in a similar commercial law firm, and enjoy the challenge of taking on some matters autonomously, seeking guidance and support as required.

Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, excellent analytical and communication skills, and an ability to produce commercially astute advice is required to effectively support client's needs in this role.

The successful candidate will be admitted in Hong Kong or PRC, with Hong Kong M&A experience strongly preferred.

You will have:

• at least 3 years post qualification experience
• solid Mergers & Acquisitions related work and private equity investments experience and/or fund formation experience
• general corporate experience
• the ability to build client relationships
• excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (for Mandarin - spoken and reading is essential).
