You will work with the network of offices across Asia and globally.

Key Candidate Requirements

• Seeking midlevel corporate lawyer (mix of capital markets and mergers & acquisitions experience).
• Admission in a US jurisdiction required.
• Class of 2009-2012
• Firm willing to consider candidates with either LL.M. degrees or J.D. degrees.
• Candidates from both US and UK firms with relevant Equity Capital Markets, High Yield Debt and M&A experience will be considered.
• Flexible with regular travel requirements.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills preferred but are not essential.
