Role Summary
A broad mix of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity and securities offerings.

Key Requirements

• Top tier academics (high 2.1/ first)
• Top firm pedigree & training
• Fluent mandarin
• 3-5 years PQE with UK / ANZ/ / HK/ SG qualified
