White & Case is continuing to lure over Linklaters lawyers in Asia after hiring private equity specialist Jonathan Bowden as a local partner in its Singapore office from that firm, where he was a managing associate.

Bowden has joined White & Case’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He represents private equity firms and other financial sponsors, together with corporates and banks, on cross-border private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions.

Earlier this year, the firm added three partners in its Hong Kong office, all of whom were with Linklaters. Corporate partner Peggy Wang joined as Asia head of private equity, to go with partner KS Kim, who was a counsel at Linklaters’ Seoul office, and Hong Kong local partner Prady Mysoor, who was a managing associate at his previous firm.
