Latham & Watkins has represented Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ), India's largest private developer and operator of ports and related infrastructure, on its offering of $650 million 3.5% senior notes due 2020.

Linklaters is counseling Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup and Emirates NBD Capital as joint bookrunners and lead managers for the U.S. benchmark debut.

The Latham & Watkins team was led by Singapore partners Rajiv Gupta and Timothy Hia, with tax advice provided by partner William Lu in New York, and partner Lene Malthasen advising on the English law aspects.
