UK firm Hill Dickinson has beefed up its commercial disputes practice in Hong Kong with the appointment of Bryan O’Hare, who will officially join the firm on Sept. 1.
O’Hare was previously a senior counsel at Hogan Lovells, where his work focused on business restructuring and insolvency.
O’Hare’s experience encompasses multi-jurisdiction insolvency litigation including asset tracing, protection and recovery, as well as complex commercial and financial disputes. He is expected to work closely with fellow disputes partner Damien Laracy in Hong Kong.
Liverpool-headquartered Hill Dickinson launched its Hong Kong office in late 2013 in association with local firm Laracy & Co.
