Eversheds has boosted its employment practice with the hire of Jennifer van Dale as a partner and head of the firm’s employment practice in Hong Kong.

Previously the employment group head at independent Hong Kong firm Gall, van Dale advises clients on Asian cross-border legal and commercial employment matters. 

Before joining Gall in September 2013, van Dale was the head of Baker & McKenzie’s employment group in Hong Kong.

“Jennifer’s appointment is an important development in the growth of our employment and labour relations business in Asia,” said Martin Warren, Eversheds’ global head of human resources, in a statement.

“Jennifer is a fantastic addition to our team who will further enhance our profile in this important and dynamic market.”
