Luthra & Luthra has advised housing finance lender Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd on its plans to raise up to $600 million in a share offering, with J. Sagar Associates and Clifford Chance advising the joint global coordinators.

According to Reuters, the deal has a base size of $500 million, with an option to grow by $100 million to meet additional investors' demand.

The Clifford Chance team representing lead managers BofA Merrill Lynch, CITIC CLSA Securities, SBI Capital Markets and Axis Capital was led by partner Rahul Guptan.
