Ideal Candidate

Solid experience in some of the following areas:

• cross-border securities experience
• equity and debt offerings
• general corporate transactional and advisory matters
• acquisitions and strategic investments in Asia
• capital markets
• some experience in project finance looked upon favourably

 Key Skill Set

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Mid to senior associate
• E&W/ SG/ HK/ US/ ANZ qualification
• Previous experience of living or working in SE Asia preferred but not essential
• No Asian language skill is required for this role
• Will involve regional SE Asian travel
