Hong Kong law firm Howse Williams Bowers has expanded its commercial dispute resolution practice by hiring Michael Withington as a new partner from Gall Solicitors.

Withington has experience in various kinds of disputes, including employment matters, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations and professional indemnity insurance claims (for both insurers and insureds). His work also covers professional negligence claims, and he has been a panel solicitor for the Hong Kong Solicitors Indemnity Scheme since 1998.

Prior to joining Gall in 2010, Withington spent a decade with Herbert Smith.
