Watson Farley & Williams has appointed Rosa Ng Sin Kiu as a corporate partner at its Hong Kong office from Squire Patton Boggs.

Ng advises on areas including M&A, regulatory compliances, IPOs, secondary equity and equity-linked offerings and joint ventures between Chinese clients and foreign parties. She also represents issuers and underwriters in securities listings on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Ng is expected to work closely with WFW’s offices in Singapore, Bangkok and other parts of Asia. Her hiring comes after the firm’s recently forged alliance with Hanoi-based LVN & Associates and appointment of LVN founding partner Linh Quynh Doan as an of counsel in WFW’s global energy and infrastructure practice in Hong Kong.

“We are delighted to welcome Rosa to WFW. Her arrival will strengthen our corporate presence in Hong Kong and the broader Asia region,” said Madeline Leong, head of WFW Hong Kong, in a statement.
