Locke Lord has bolstered its energy practice with the hire of Jack Su as a partner in Hong Kong.

Su specialises in M&A, with a particular focus on the energy, power and infrastructure industries. He regularly advises oil and gas companies, power developers, water and wastewater developers and funds on their transactions across Asia.

Prior to joining Locke Lord, Su was general counsel at Green Dragon Gas and Greka Drilling, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

“Jack is a great fit for our strategic growth in Asia, and he will play an important role in the further development of our energy capability,” said Wing Cheung, Locke Lord’s Hong Kong managing partner, in a statement.
