Singapore disputes boutique Advocatus Law has hired Suresh Nair as a partner from Straits Law Practice, where he served as head of litigation. Nair joins with two associates, Bryan Tan and Nicole Foo.

Prior to joining Straits Law, Nair spent 17 years at Allen & Gledhill. In addition to banking litigation work, his practice includes international arbitration, insolvency, shareholders’ disputes, claims for fraud and breaches of fiduciary duties, employment and property disputes and general commercial claims.

Following the arrival of the trio, the firm currently has 12 fee earners focusing on dispute resolution.
