The ZICOlaw network has appointed Hanim Hamzah as its new regional managing partner. Hamza is a partner and senior foreign counsel at Indonesia’s Roosdiono & Partners.

Hamzah has almost two decades of experience in the ASEAN, advising clients in Indonesia, Japan and Malaysia. Specialising in M&A, project financing and major infrastructure, she has been a partner with Roosdiono, a ZICOlaw member firm, since 2005.

In her new role, Hamzah is expected to drive strategic growth for the Singapore-headquartered network, which has law firms and related service providers among its members in 15 cities across the ASEAN.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
