King & Wood Mallesons has appointed Chau Ee Lee as a partner in the firm’s construction and dispute resolution practices in Singapore from Drew & Napier, where he headed that firm’s construction and engineering group.

Lee specialises in “cradle-to-grave” energy, infrastructure as well as construction and engineering projects, advising a variety of clients including international contractors and governments. His experience also covers project development, dispute resolution and international arbitration in the UK, Middle East and Asia.

KWM established its Singapore presence in May last year, capitalising on Singapore’s growing popularity as a hub for international arbitration. The Singapore office also focuses on international funds, energy and resources as well as China inbound and outbound work.
