Kochhar & Co has boosted its New Delhi litigation practice with the addition of partners Rahul Ray and Vikram Bajaj from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (LKS).

Arbitration specialist Ray, who joins as senior partner, advises multinational and domestic clients on commercial, criminal, competition, and environment law. Meanwhile joint partner Bajaj advises on arbitration, constitutional, and criminal law matters.

LKS principal associate Nikhil Singhal will also join Kochhar’s litigation practice.
