This firm has a team of dedicated M&A practitioners for China and is supported by one of the largest teams of Mandarin speaking M&A lawyers among US firms in China.

The firm is willing to consider candidates for both their Hong Kong and Beijing offices. 

Excellent for an associate to gain top deal experience with a leader in the PRC market.

Key Requirements

• Mid to senior level US qualified associate, would consider UK qualified. 
• PQE indicator of 4-6 PQE but will consider star candidates outside this range.
• Solid M&A / PE experience.
• Peer firm experience required.
• Chinese language capability is preferred but not a requirement.
• International candidates not working in the region welcome to apply.
