Singapore law firm Oon & Bazul has named Lam Shiao Ning as the firm’s new head of M&A and corporate finance. Lam joins from Drew & Napier, where she was a director.

With almost 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Lam focuses on public and private M&A including domestic and cross-border deals across various industries, equity capital markets covering IPOs, venture capital, rights issues and private placements, private equity, general corporate advisory and SGX compliance work.
