Harneys has added finance expert Paul Sephton as partner at its Hong Kong office from fellow offshore law firm Walkers. 

Sephton, who also had previous stints with Allen & Overy and Linklaters is experienced in Asia financings involving offshore elements. Sephton acts on acquisition finance, take-private agreements, margin lending, derivative transactions, leveraged finance, bond issuances, pre-IPO finance, aircraft and ship finance deals, property finance and general corporate lending.
