Gulf law firm Tribonian Law Advisors (TLA) has represented Tenfu (Hong Kong) Holdings in a joint venture with UAE-based Rise General Trading, part of the National Holding Group, to promote, sell, and distribute Chinese tea in the MENA region 

The newly established UAE joint venture company is called Tea Trading International. Tenfu (Hong Kong) Holdings, the largest traditional Chinese tea company listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange, is the holding company for China’s Ten Fu Group, which specializes in tea and tea food products.

The TLA team on the transaction was led by partner Carlo Pianese.
