Wall Street firm with unparalleled track record advising on numerous complex, innovative and significant project development and finance transactions in Japan seeks UK qualified project finance associate. 

Collegiate office with opportunity to work  on cutting edge deals.

The team comprises lawyers who can provide advice in both English and Japanese. 

Key Requirements

• Mid to senior level UK qualified associate, ideally 5th year PQE from a top UK firm
• Ability to draft documentation and lead transactions with minimal supervision
• Strong PF experience with exposure to security documentation
• Japanese speaker essential as meetings are held in Japanese.
• Note: reading/writing in Japanese is a plus but not essential to native level as documentation in English.

This role would ideally suit a lawyer working in the London market looking to return to or work in Tokyo.
