Eversheds has hired disputes specialist Rachael Shek as a partner in Hong Kong from Herbert Smith Freehills.

In her new role, Shek is expected to focus on on general commercial and banking litigation, including actions before the Hong Kong High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal.

Prior to joining Herbert Smith Freehills, Shek had stints at Fangda Partners, Clifford Chance and the legacy Herbert Smith.
