Sidley Austin has boosted its India credentials by adding partner Manoj Bhargava and counsel Ankit Kashyap to its Singapore office from Jones Day.  

Bhargava who led the India practice at Jones Day, has more than two decades of experience working on cross-border Indian transactions. He advises clients, including international and Indian investment banks, Indian companies and multinational companies operating in India, on capital markets, M&A and other corporate finance matters. Bhargava’s experience includes advising on India’s first qualified institutions placement. 

Kashyap concentrates his practice on international capital markets matters, with a focus on India and Southeast Asia.
