The team comprises lawyers who can provide advice in both English and Japanese.

Key Requirements

• Mid to senior level UK qualified associate, ideally 5th year PQE from a top UK firm
• Ability to draft documentation and lead transactions with minimal supervision
• Strong PF experience with exposure to security documentation
• Japanese speaker essential as meetings are held in Japanese.
• COLA

Note: reading/writing in Japanese is a plus but not essential to native level as documentation in English.

This role may suit a lawyer working in the London market looking to return to or work in Tokyo.
