DFDL has hired real-estate specialist Paul Volodarsky as the managing director of its Samui and Phuket offices from Limcharoen Legal in Bangkok, where he was an attorney.

Volodarsky has experience in real estate and the hospitality industry. He advises individual buyers, developers, and investment groups on real estate investment with specific emphasis on the resort and hospitality sector in Phuket and Samui. He has experience setting up real estate developments, negotiating hotel management agreements with international hotel brands and advising purchasers on acquisition of residential property in Thailand.

Prior to joining Limcharoen, Volodarsky worked with Cohen, Hochman and Alle and James E. McMillan, P.C. in New York.
