Norton Rose Fulbright, Allen & Gledhill, Baker & McKenzie and Dentons Rodyk have advised on Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust's initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange valued at S$903 million ($664 million), the largest on the local bourse this year and the biggest first-time share sale in Singapore since 2013.

The real estate investment trust (REIT) is backed by a portfolio of 51 industrial properties in Australia. The listing follows Manulife US REIT's $519.2 million sale last month, helping revive IPOs on the Singapore Exchange after a slump last year, according to Reuters. 

The REIT is sponsored by real estate developer Frasers Centrepoint Ltd, backed by Thai tycoon Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi. The sponsor was advised by an Allen & Gledhill team that included partners Jerry Koh, Long Pee Hua, Chua Bor Jern, Isaac Tung and Gloria Goh.

The lenders DBS Bank, Citibank N.A., Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, and United Overseas Bank were advised by a Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow team led by James Huang. A Dentons Rodyk team led by senior partner Nicholas Chong represented the REIT trustee..
