Singapore’s Aquinas Law Alliance, which was formed recently from the ashes of Dacheng Wong Alliance (DCWA), has hired Lim Kok Meng as its head of corporate finance practice group from Wong Tan & Molly Lim.

Lim, who was an associate director in his previous firm’s corporate finance and banking department, specialises in banking and loan syndication finance including project finance and debt restructuring.

Aquinas Law was formed after China’s Dacheng Law Offices merged with Dentons in January 2015,  and Dentons subsequently joined forces with Rodyk & Davidson, Singapore oldest law firm, in November last year. DCWA was previously Singapore’s only China–Singapore joint law venture.
