Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has advised CEMEX Holdings Philippines on its 25.1 billion peso ($535 million) initial public offering on the Philippine Stock Exchange, with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton advising the joint bookrunners.    

The IPO is Southeast Asia's second largest to date for 2016 and the Philippines' biggest since 2013. CEMEX Holdings Philippines is unit of Mexican cement giant CEMEX.

The Skadden team that worked on the transaction included partners Gregory Fernicola, Rajeev Duggal and Jonathan Stone.

Citigroup Global Markets Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Singapore branch, and J.P. Morgan Securities acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, while BDO Capital & Investment Corporation served as the domestic lead underwriter for the transaction.
