Latham & Watkins, Assegaf Hamzah & Partners, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners and Allen & Overy have played key roles in the recent $550 million fundraising of Indonesian ride-hailing service Go-Jek.

Go-Jek, which was represented by Allen & Overy, raised funding from KKR, Warburg Pincus and other investors. Launched in 2015 as a ride-hailing service, it has since then expanded into food deliveries, mobile payments and cleaning services.

Latham & Watkins and AHP advised Warburg Pincus, while, Wilson Sonsini and HHP represented KKR. The Latham team was led by Hong Kong corporate partner Amy Beckingham.
