PwC Legal, the legal arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, has hired Nasir Dao - PKM Abdul as the head of its offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from Gide Loyrette Nouel.

Dao, who headed the Vietnam practice of Gide, has more than 17 years of experience in advising and representing international clients including multinational corporations, banks and financial institutions. Gide’s recently consolidated its two Vietnam offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and now operates exclusively in Ho Chi Minh City.
