Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) has appointed Justin Young as its new chief operating officer (COO).

Young, who will be based in Singapore, was Clifford Chance’s regional general manager for Southeast Asia for six years. He will be tasked with addressing the firm’s key strategic and operational challenges.

Last year, HFW entered into a formal law alliance in Singapore with local law firm AsiaLegal. In 2014, the firm moved senior partner Richard Crump from London to Singapore, “emphasising the importance of both the Singapore market and the broader Asia-Pacific region to the continued growth of the firm's business.”
