R&T Sok & Heng, Rajah & Tann’s Cambodian network firm, has appointed banking and finance specialist Sieng Deline as a partner.
Sieng was previously the head of legal and compliance at ANZ Royal, an international bank in Cambodia. During his 14-year legal career, he has also worked as an external counsel, advising banks and other business clients.
