India's Kochhar & Co has hired Sarika Raichur as a partner in New Delhi from boutique firm Yuti Law, which she co-founded.

Raichur is expected to join Kochhar’s corporate practice group, with focus on private equity and venture capital.

Her areas of specialisation include M&A, general corporate and commercial, private equity, venture capital, and fund formation. Prior to co-founding Yuti Law, she worked at Khaitan & Co. and Noerr’s London office.

Earlier this year, Kochhar & Co added partners Rahul Ray and Vikram Bajaj from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (LKS).
