Addleshaw Goddard has bolstered its Asia corporate practice by appointing Andrew Yang as a partner at its Hong Kong office from U.S. firm Goodwin Procter.   

Yang's appointment comes as the firm looks to further its Southeast Asia offering, as well as target inbound and outbound PRC work, especially companies investing in the UK. His expertise includes advising on M&A and commercial transactions for variety of companies based in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, China and Mongolia.

Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Yang worked with Linklaters and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
