Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has hired M&A and private equity specialist Jeremy Cunningham as a partner in its Hong Kong office from Mayer Brown JSM.

Cunningham’s expertise includes large-scale, complex M&A and private equity work with a particular focus on media, advertising and insurance industries.

In his new role, Cunningham will focus on helping grow RPC’s corporate practice in Hong Kong and bolster ties with the team in Singapore.

In May this year, RPC launched its Singapore joint law venture, RPC Premier Law.
