Indian law firms Link Legal – India Law Services (LL-ILS) and DH Law Associates (DH Law) have merged to create an entity with 35 partners and 155 lawyers across India.

Atul Sharma, the co-founder and managing partner of LL-ILS will continue in his position of the merged entity. A G Karkhanis, who is the current co-managing partner of LL-ILS will assume the role of chairman.

Link Legal was established in 1999 and merged with India Law services in 2012 to form LL-ILS. DH Law was founded in 1997.

Nusrat Hassan, the managing partner and co-founder of DH Law, will assume the role of co-managing partner. He will join the firm’s management committee.
