Duane Morris & Selvam has appointed Mark Wong as a director in its corporate and energy practice in Singapore from Rajah & Tann.

Wong’s has advised on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts, JVs, PE investments, corporate restructuring, construction and financing matters. He has experience in cross-border deals that span a number of industries like like manufacturing, natural resources and power. 

“Mark will be an excellent addition to our global Corporate and Energy practices,” said Leon Yee, head of Duane Morris & Selvam’s banking and energy practice groups. “We anticipate increased corporate activity in Southeast Asia, the People’s Republic of China and Myanmar across a range of sectors, and we are committed to continue investing in this region.”
