RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has added Gerallt (Gez) Owen, most recently UK law firm Withers’ head of international regulatory and corporate crime, as a partner in Singapore.

Owen, who joins RHTLaw’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, focuses on domestic and international investigations, fraud, corporate and financial crime, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, disciplinary proceedings and regulation. Notably, Owen was instrumental in Withers setting up its Singapore joint law venture with local firm KhattarWong.

Additionally, two lawyers from the Middle East have joined RHT on secondment: Ben Constance, a partner with Taylor Wessing in Dubai, and Gilad Shay, an associate with Israeli law firm Herzog Fox & Neeman.

Following Owen’s departure, Withers has relocated Anthony Indaimo, the global head of its corporate and commercial practice, from Milan to Singapore. Indaimo is a former chairman of Withers.
