Gorham, who was head of her previous firm’s Asia employment law practice, has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law not just in Hong Kong but also across Asia Pacific.

“We have developed what we believe is the world’s pre-eminent cross-border employment practice with a distinguished track record working across the Asia-Pacific region,” said Pete Miller, Seyfarth’s chair and managing partner, in a statement on Monday.

Seyfarth Shaw has 10 offices in the U.S., two in Australia, one in London, and one in Shanghai.
