Squire Patton Boggs has hired Julia Yeo as a labour and employment partner from Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore, where she was the head of the firm's employment practice.

Known for her litigation expertise, Yeo represents clients on all aspects of employment law across Asia-Pacific and advises on contentious issues such as disputes on enforceability of restrictive covenants and summary dismissals.

Her practice also focuses on hiring, terminations, internal investigations as well as disciplinary and grievance issues in sectors including energy, shipping and insurance.

Prior to her stint with Clyde, Yeo spent 12 years as a litigation director with Singapore law firm Robert Wang & Woo.
