OC Queen Street has appointed Dax Lim from Drew & Napier as a director for its corporate and digital business sectors in Singapore and globally.

 

Lim specialises in corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures and complex corporate restructuring matters involving the reorganisation of group companies and financing structures, primarily in the  mining and minerals, energy and oil and gas sectors.

He also focuses on technology and digital business, acting for growth-stage companies as well as VCs and PE funds with their fundraising and investments.

Lim, who joined Drew & Napier in 2014, also had previous stints with Berwin Leighton Paisner and Watson Farley & Williams.

OC Queen Street launched a formal association with UK law firm Osborne Clarke in 2016.

Global law firm Morrison Foerster has announced that private equity veteran Scott Jalowayski will rejoin the firm as a partner in Singapore. Jalowayski most recently co-chaired the global private equity group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
