India’s Luthra & Luthra (L&L) has represented U.S.-based Emerson Electric on the India leg of its $ 3.15 billion multi-jurisdictional acquisition of the valves and controls business of London’s Pentair Group. 

Baker McKenzie acted as Emerson’s international legal counsel advising on non-U.S. aspects of the deal, with London-based partner Jannan Crozier heading the team.  

The L&L team was led by Vikrant Kumar, with support from fellow partners Suyash Srivastava, Sundeep Dudeja, Saurabh Tiwari, Anshul Jain and Vaibhav Suri.
