RHTLaw Taylor Wessing has welcomed Sundaram Subramaniam as litigation and disputes resolution partner from Singapore boutique Bogaars & Din.

Subramaniam is experienced in the regulatory and compliance environment. He has advised well-known institutional clients – mainly insurers – on matters relating to corporate policy liabilities, fraud, commercial advisory work, breach of policy implications, and conflicts of interest.

His practice also includes representing insurers on various compliance matters arising from regulatory and distribution compliance. He has also dealt with foreign law matters, having acted in multiple, high-value cross-border matters relating to injury claims and industrial accidents.

Subramaniam joined Bogaars & Din, a law firm that primarily serves the insurance industry, in 2011 as partner.

His appointment follows the hiring of Wee Jee Kin, who joined the firm’s corporate practice as partner in July.
