Collas Crill has established a representative office in Hong Kong, which will be managed by Stephen Adams, the offshore law firm’s Singapore managing partner.

It has also appointed Simon Fraser as a consultant in the Hong Kong office, who will work with Adams to extend the firm’s reach in Asia.

Fraser has more than two decades’ experience as a solicitor in England and Wales, as well as Hong Kong (currently non-practising in both jurisdictions) and over 14 years of fiduciary experience at offshore trust companies.

“A presence in Hong Kong is the next step in extending Collas Crill's international offering across Asia, the Caribbean and the Channel Islands and we are very excited to continue on this journey,” said Adams in a statement.

Collas Crill, which also has offices in BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey, London and Singapore, was listed in ALB’s annual Firms To Watch earlier this year.
