Clifford Chance has hired technology specialist Luke Grubb as a partner in its Singapore office from Latham & Watkins.

He represents clients from a broad range of sectors on complex sourcing transactions, including manufacturing and retail, financial institutions, telecommunications, entertainment and media.

Grubb’s technology-related transaction experience covers advising on commercial contracts, technology-driven M&As and JVs, as well as IP, data privacy, cybersecurity, fintech and payment systems. 

Prior to his nearly 15-year stint at Latham, he was as an associate solicitor on tech transactions at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittma’s London office for almost five years.
