Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has welcomed Nikhil Naredi to its Mumbai office as a partner in its capital markets practice from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Naredi advises clients on various domestic and overseas securities offerings that involve public offerings and private placements of equity, equity-linked and debt securities.

Before joining CAM, Naredi was an associate with Jones Day for more than six years. He began his legal career as an associate at the now-defunct Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co (AMSS).

In July, SAM hired former AMSS associate Raghubir Menon as its regional practice head for M&A and private equity in Mumbai.
