Muhammad Karnova, a former partner of Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (HHP), Baker McKenzie‘s network firm in Indonesia, has left to set up his own practice.

The Jakarta-based Karnova & Co. will offer expertise in M&A, joint ventures and foreign investments in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors including mining, power, oil and gas, chemicals, forestry, plantation and general construction and infrastructure.

Karnova joined HHP in 2002, and was elevated to the partnership in 2012. He specialisations include energy, natural resources, oil and gas (upstream and downstream), mining, plantation, electricity, infrastructure/utilities and hotel/property-related M&A.
