Oentoeng Suria & Partners, Ashurst’s associated law firm in Indonesia has hired Prawidha Murti (Wida) as a dispute resolution partner from Makes & Partners.

Murti’s litigation experience spans across multiple jurisdictions, and includes high-profile litigation and arbitration cases from civil commercial disputes to competition and anti-monopoly proceedings. 

Representing clients in Indonesian courts, tribunals and arbitrations, Murti is also involved in international commercial dispute proceedings and cross-border litigation. She has advised international and domestic companies in the oil and gas, TMT and finance sectors.
