Lex Mundi, the world’s largest law firm network, has hired three key senior professionals as it aims to bolster member firms’ competitiveness and collaboration.

Gordon Vala-Webb has been appointed as the network’s senior advisor for technology and innovation. He previously worked in senior roles at various accounting firms in Canada.

Jenny Karlsson and David Sanders will join the network’s Lex Mundi’s business development team.

Karlsson previously worked at New York law firm Torys, and at Herbert Smith Freehills as an associate. She also worked as a general counsel in the oil and gas sector. Sanders is the former chief marketing officer of Maclay Murray & Spens (MMS), a member firm of Lex Mundi. 

“We are proud to be the first network to have a dedicated professional resource for helping member firms in their technology and innovation initiatives,” said Lex Mundi’s president Carl Anduri in a statement.
