Squire Patton Boggs (SPB) has hired Stephen Pak as a corporate partner in Seoul from Korean firm Yulchon, where he was a senior foreign counsel.

Pak focuses on cross-border M&A, foreign investment transactions, private equity and venture capital, as well as international dispute resolution. He has also advised on data security matters.

Last month, SPB hired Rika Beppu as a corporate partner in Tokyo from Hogan Lovells.
